At the same time, secondhand and vintage shopping has become one of the few fashion trends that's actually good for the planet. Almost nobody was putting the two together.

That's the idea behind "Tokyo Mix Style": take clean, dependable Japanese basics and mix them with secondhand pieces that bring in texture, history, and a bit of personality. New clothes where it matters, old clothes where it adds character — and a wardrobe that ends up costing less and lasting longer than buying everything new from a single brand.
